Infinite Ingredient is a non-profit whose mission is to actively support the mental and physical well-being of individuals working in the craft beverage industry through outreach, education, and access to resources.

Infinite Ingredient will create a healthier, more sustainable future in which individuals who work in the craft beverage industry may be supported fully and wholly as human beings—providing the opportunity for individuals to flourish, and the community to thrive.

Once the campaign is completed, we will be able to provide access to Employee Assistance Program resources to all 150,000 people working in the craft brewing industry, and their families.*

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a well of resources that exist in order to help employees in navigating and resolving work/life issues. Traditionally they are offered through an employer as a benefit. 

Infinite Ingredient’s EAP is different. Instead of having to check with your employer to find out if you are covered, all you have to do is be an employee at a craft brewery that produces less than 6 million barrels per year and you can access the resources (once we’re funded).**
